like with Experian, and they remove it, does it come off of that report only, or does it come off all three reports, or do you have to dispute each company?

You must contact all the 3 companies to make the charges removed.

yes you and the company you have dispute with both have to write to the experian or any credit agency they deal with.And then they will remove it from your report with in few weeks .
It will apply to the credit reference agency they deal with such as they might report to equifax not experian but the other company might deal with experian so by the passege of few weeks subject to applying for further credit it will show on ur report.
you just have to deal with the company itself and leave rest to them if they are wrong.

Just go to the source of the bad report, and dispute it with them. Then make them correct the errors everywhere they sent them to.

Or, file a grievance with some consumer protection agency. They'll do the same

you must dispute with all three companies individually, but it is well worth it to clean up your credit report.
