Your right.
Liberals always try to give a softer "Spin" on stuff. It's why they are pansy arsed liberals. :)

Because people do not react the same to people who break unjust laws as they do to people who break laws we actually need and want. We call "criminal" that which actually threatens our safety or our property, our well-being in some fundamental way. We use kinder words for people stuck in the position of doing what they believe to be right in spite of a law against it.
By the way, it is not just liberals. I'm a Libertarian myself.
Do you honestly think of pot-smokers as criminals?

Hmmm, very interesting question. I started to disagree with you, but then I thought about it.
You're right.
When I moved here (Italy) I was without documents for 3 -4 months, therefore technically breaking the law by being here, therefore, technically a criminal.
By saying "undocumented immigrants" it gives one the idea that they are in the process of becoming documented, but, as I originally come from Texas, we all know that's not the case.

If libs were honest, they would call illegals "chad's", and "Absentee Ballots". They do not call them criminals because for libs they represent a new voting block, since they have already alienated much of america through terrorist coddling and obstructionism. They are as much as oppurtunistic and criminal as the illegals flooding across. Ever hear how the dems got cemeteries in cook county illinois to vote for JFK in 60' ? it gave jfk the electoral votes of illinois, and with it,swung him the presidency.

do the Cherokee call the rest of American citizens 'illegal' or 'undocumented'?
isn't arguing semantics stupid when the problems are so huge? the magnitude is massive and the reason people come to the us is wonderful, for opportunity and to escape oppression. i wish Americans were more patriotic and respected the for fathers wishes to allow those seeking liberty to come to the USA.
instead many of us seem to have forgotten what the us is about, and treat liberty and the lack of liberty like a football game, we have it and have to keep them from getting it. that's not what Jefferson had in mind...

The correct term is undocumented alien. "Immigration" indicates they have followed established procedures to immigrate.

I think its stupid. They're trying to be politically correct., but the thing is they are all "documented"; they have birth certificates and ID's and driver licenses, they just happen to be from a different country.
They should be called "illegal immigrants" because thats what they are, illegal.

Liberals like to pretty everything up and water it all down, so no one's feelings get hurt. The old "everyone's a winner, everyone gets a trophy" sort of mentality.

Like everything else, it's Political Correctness. The powers that be seem to think that by giving something a fancy name it will make it seem better.
