how would you rate my diet?

i also dont workout at all... and in the past few months i have piled on 65+lbs. of fat... this all new to me since i used to be fit! yet honestly i dont have any problem with the new shape of my body, belly, thighs, chest, etc. i'm actually rather fond of it! ;-) i'm 5'10 & 217 lbs. 17 yr. old guy...

every morning for breakfast i have 3 doughnuts, 6 links of sausage, bacon, a cinnamon roll, a bagel & 2 glasses of juice & milk!

for a mid-morning snack i have a couple candy bars.

for lunch i'll have nothing really besides a sandwich, fries, pastries & some coke.

for a mid afternoon snack i'll eat some more candy, chips & wutnot...

for dinner i'll have pizza, fried chicken, a 2 liter of mt.dew, & some bread-stix.

for an after dinner snack i'll have some chocolate covered peanuts, cake, etc.

and for desert i'll have cookies, brownies & some more candy!

sometimes i'll wake up in the middle of the night eat some more sweets...

Please continue your diet but only one restriction. Avoid salt totally from all your food. Do this for one month and you will lose all the weight you have put on and you will be very health and energitic.

keep this up and you will be in the guiness book of world record for the most times mistaken for a elephant in sweatshirts and tracksuits.

if by luck yoiu might just live past 30 years old

LMFAO! sorry it's not perfect yet.

my diet:

breakfast: 12lbs of bacon, 30 eggs - over easy, 4 gallons of coffee, 2 gallons of orange juice. a super size milk shake (50 gallons) and 5 - 12 oz cokes. also a box - 25 count of glazed donuts and then a 2lb bag of oreo cookies.

2nd breakfast: 2 super size omlettes ( consisting of 20 eggs, 40 mushrooms, 3lbs of cheddar cheese and 3 onions) 3 gallons of orange juice (i got to be healthy you know) and 4 placydils.
(i must remain calm with all this cholesterol you know) and then 2 lipitors. (cholesterol is high ya know)

3rd breakfast: 3 peanut butter and banana sammiches deep fried in bacon grease. then that's it... i'm on a diet you know.

lunch: 6 kids meals ( i love those toys) and a coke. ( see i'm on a diet dammit i just can't sit around in front of my computer answering questions in yahoo answers all day long ya know i got things to do.. people to see through my puffy eyes)

2nd lunch: i'm not hobbit ya know i only have 3rd breakfast!

dinner: tonight i'm having 40 lbs of spaghetti, that has 9 cans of tomato paste (i'm on a diet i'm cutting my amounts down) and 12 cans of tomato sauce (that's good for you, ya know?) 5 loaves of garlic bread (i read garlic is good for you it can cut your cholesterol in half) oh man (i'd love to cut some cholesterol in half and spread it on some of that garlic bread, yum yum)
16 glasses of water (i was told to hydrate that is like important for my diet if i drink alot of water i won't die or stuff)
a huge pile (4lbs) of buttered mashed potatoes from real potatoes! (takes 12lbs of potatoes - idaho) i'm told potatoes with the skin on has much fiber and on my diet and my active life style i must have fiber ya know!

then wash that all down with a case of beer and a half box of exlax.

then i have a light snack of burger king, wendy's and the olive garden, i like to treat myself to a shmor'gasborg of variety!

then wash that down with some great boones farm wine ( i love the colors it comes in like neon pink and snot green) my favorite flavor is life savers.

then take a box or two of dexatrim pills..


i'm on a diet ya know.

then get on the ol' exercycle and fall asleep.

i'm on a diet ya know..

then later i'll probably sleep walk and eat some pizza hut or two...

(meaning i'll walk in pretending to be asleep and take as many already prepared carry out, delivery pizzas as possible and walk back out.)

then stop by the liquor store for some kahlua for some deep fried kahlua and ice cream milk shake heart stoppers.

then back at it tomorrow...

i'm on a diet ya know.
