I suppose the correct sentence looks like this "bay gio buon va chang, biet lam gi ?"
which would be "at the moment I feel sad/depressed and bored, do know what to do?"

Bây giờ buồn quá, chẳng biết làm gì cả. That's how it's supposed to be spelled. It means "I am feeling bored now and don't know what to do." And it's Vietnamese.
