I'm moving to Valley Cottage and need to know the quickest way to travel via bus or train to Penn Station?

Valley Cottage is in Rockland County. It is by Piermont.

Metro North trains go to Grand Central Station; you could take the shuttle at Grand Central to Times Square and catch the 1,2,3 train downtown 1 stop to Penn Station
