I am so sorry for your loss. I too lost a child and know the empty feeling that goes with it. I became very depressed and made these choices. I found a local grief support group (it was free) and attended regularly. You don't have to talk you can just listen. Also every year I give a small amount of money to our local high school scholarship in her name. I also went to see a therapist for a while. You do not say if your married in my case I felt my husband did not feel the lose as I did because after all I carried her nursed her and was there for her. I was so wrong. He felt it more daddies little girl was gone he loved her just as much as I did and In my own pain failed to see his. You never forget and the pain lessens but never goes away

I'm so sorry for your loss. I also lost my first baby 11 years ago. Your memory of your child will always be with you but you will learn how to move on eventually. I am also now blessed with 3 more kids.

I lost my son 12 years ago (13 this Feb). He lived for about 3 hours after he was born. It is very hard but I joined a great support group threw the children's hospital where I lived at the time and they were great. They were such great help and a few of us are still good friends. It is hard but you will get threw.

I'm so sorry for your loss. I too lost my daughter, but my loss is to drugs. She is out there somewhere, I just can't help her. I pray for her and maybe some day she will come around. Your daughter is in Gods loving arms and is happy where she is at. Please take care of yourself. Much Love....
