what exactly is that you are asking??? Do they have mandatory sentencing for dealing? No Clue! What is the mandatory sentence for it??? Well if they have it then the sentence would be determined by WHAT drug is being distributed, HOW MUCH of it you have on you, and LOCTION can be a big part of it also like say you were near a school that could be a whole other charge...at least here in PA that's how it works! There should be mandatory sentencing all across the world for the scum who sell and deal in drugs. Anyone who has ever sold any type of drug in any amount, fcuk it, if someone has sold as much as one pill or one bag of drugs they should all face the mandatory sentence of Death...
