Like any set of people, some are, some aren't. Most Christians try their best to live by Jesus' teachings (love, non-violence), and if you agree with those teachings then they would seem good.

Many criminals claim to be Christians. Many Chritians and non-Christians, including people of other faiths, agnostics and atheists are great people. I don't think you can generalize.
