the user manual is a load of rubbish and i only picked my new car up less than 45 mins ago...i dont have a clue how to connect them, my fone is a nokia n 70

Press the Uconnect button and follow the prompts. You'll need both the owners manual for the Ford and for your cell.

We have a C-MAX with the bluetooth. It is great!!
Switch your phone blue tooth on (ignition on)
Switch the car blue tooth on (see remote stalk near steering wheel. I think it says Voice/ Phone maybe...)
Phone will find 'Ford Audio', say yes to link or connect.
then call someone on your phone and it should just work through the audio.
If in doubt when using the blue tooth - say Help and the 'lady' on the audio will give you list of options!
