I've been deluding myself and saying it's fine, I'm not out of control. But recent events lead me to believe I have a big beef problem. I end up in the supermarket for hours sniffing the drug. Rehabs won't take me because they don't reocognize it as an addiction. Please someone help me! I wouldn't be posting this if it wasn't true.. please have a heart and give me some ideas.

1) stop going to supermarkets where there is no temptation there is no need give in to it.
2) who ever u r living with make sure no beef in the house
3) maybe u should stop milk also may cause a relapse
4) think of broccoli and carrots may change ur mind

i like cow ,it is a mild animal only if you don't bother them.
but i also like beef.someone may think that it is sham for me to say like that.but when i saw the butcher try to kill the cow ,the cow cry,but tearing in silence,i know i am wrong. so now i try not eat it any more.
if you have that habit,you can buy some red ink and a artificial cow ,in that way ,when you want to play with that thing you can try this one.
