Your last sentence has been immortalised in a popular saying , here which says "BETI BHALI NA EK' .That sums up the gender bias in our country.
I don't approve your suggestion: instead I would like you to come forward and start a crusade against the malaise and try to do something to help rescue the female child. and to restore the honor and dignity due to her .

No one has any right to kill any body leave alone female foetus.
Any body who is doing it are worse than beasts.
It appears you had some bitter experience off late which has made you to ask this question.

Our lives are all ways full of ups and downs.
If whatever you wished in your questions last sentence is granted then we will not have a Mother Theresa or Lata mangeshkar or a P T usha or a Kiran Bedi.
And certainly I can not even imagine a day when I will not be having my 13 year old beautiful and bubbly daughter.
It is better you come out of this depression .
Talk to your friends.

I was really shocked to read your question. It is quite obvious that you are not a Christian person because if you did you wouldnt think like this. But abortion happens in Christian countries as well.
So learn that when you kill a child you are first of all a murderer and you interfere in the plans of the God on the earth. Any person male or female who is born in this world has a destination in this world, all the people serve the God's plan and by killing the children the God sends you are interfering in his plans. Beside this murder is a very big sin and sends you straight to the hell. Many women who did it regreted it bitterly. Because the child from the time that is conceived is a human being and has a soul given by the God. So change your wrong thinking with this answer and stop sinning by thinking such things that you can make practice easily.

How about moving out of India? They treat women badly everywhere, but there are enough men that could make your life heavenly!! Each fetus has a right to live, male or female. If you have no expectations, make some. Set a goal, give yourself a dream! Do something!!

Let me tell you something, which will help you to find the answer of your question by urself!
Every person has a own brain but no one is using 100% of that so they gets their response in a diffrent way by the other person..Same way you are not even ready to try to utilize ur life, u r not trying to squeez enough the fruit to get more juice...try to enjoy even very small things in a life which happens in our daily life...try to help some one who needs it and see how ur inner soul satisfy from that and slowly u will get full of ur charm in ur life.
P.S. :- If things (person) doesn't work according to u, u work according to the things(person)...and all problem solved...
like...If you require more light in a dark room and it can not...then insead of sitting ideal & complaining go out side of the dark room and find more light...
same way just adjust ur self in a life...and you will find everything charming & beautiful...trust me it will...it may take some time...but sure it will...Be blessed....

It sounds like a depressing situation exacerbated by more desperate attitudes. I can only imagin that your life in India would be naturally impeeded by the enviroment of economic & social pressures but I would merely encourage you to 'find' a way to assure your daughter's educational growth. To prevent them from aquiring your misguided 'feel' that female fetuses be aborted, they need to escape from your ideas of worthlessness. It is only possible through enlightenment afforded through a strong Christian education, fully devoid of the anti-christ which has you in it's grip. Life is a precious gift for all to enjoy & revere. Not just men. Not just the wealthy. Not merely the struggle you may have to endure. You have within you the power to influence your daughters to fullfill higher potentials than you know. It is your obligation to recognize that your daughters are every bit, if not more valuable to life than any boy babies. Boys don't render life. The responsibilites of raising children are immense & your question is completely unexpected from a mother. Do your job correctly & you will enjoy the satisfaction of your success through your daughters. Fail to do your job & there is no 'charm', merely misery & perpetuation of your daughters bad attitudes learned from you!

Do not get displeased with life. Life is full of Hope and mystery. Any problems associated with it is a passing phase and your mind becomes strong to swim through problems. If you have to make compromise for some things, do it now and you will gain in future. Be independent economically, if you are qualified and it gives you security.
