www.omniglot.com offers links to credible sites for translation and learning just about any language you could think of. I encourage you to try it; I'm learning multiple languages from sites I found there.

hmmm.... accreditation really doesn't matter unless youre trying to get a degree.

If you want to learn a language you can sign up with most universities, or you can teach yourself, or you can learn from a native speaker... but the certification doesn't come from there.

The American Translators Association offers standardized tests for anyone willing to demonstrate his/her proficiency. It doesn't matter if you go to Harvard or Podunk Community College; if you can get certified by the American Translators Association, you can honestly claim to know a language.
