Being shy is not a physical handicap like being born with no arms or legs. Quit your whining. You have every means to learn to be more outgoing. I have no pity for you. You don't know what it means to be truly discriminated against. If you dislike being shy then do something about it.

some people have' social anxiety' it just means that you would rather the floor opened up and swallowed you whole then face a group of people or some one across the room you'd like to meet.Your heart beats so fast and loud ,you have trouble concentrating on what you want to say.you turn a deep shade of red.you may have trouble just standing.Shy people are not excluded. But its the shy person excluding themselves because they don't have the nerve to join. I know i have been there.

Someone who doesnt understand shyness is a disability. it has several levels. Social anxiety disorder affects alot of people. You have to either learn to try and fight your shyness or talk to a doctor and see if they recommend medication. People that are not shy will not and can not understand because they dont have that problem.
