There is value of everything in this world. Islam is also a religion and belief and I respect others belief. What concerns me is the blind faith and strictness in these faiths. As far as Islam is concerned this religion I think is the most autocratic religion in the world as its followers can not spend the life in the way they want. It has got many rules and regualtions which hinders the development of human and humane. Don't mind. Its what I felt.

like many religions, converts to Islam or Judaism, Christianity all will be following a faith by a former real estate barron named Ibrahim and they are called proselytes for thier initiation ritual, but can never be called "Jews" because of race

the word Islam means 'committment' and while it's a serious decision to join, it's a far more serious decision to leave, any group you cannot leave freely is a cult and an oppressive society

it in an exclusive belief system based on religious laws that are for some states Sharia law, outsiders are automatically shunned and not allowed into mosques for contamination and unclean reasons, no chance a secular or person who uses reason can be allowed to enter

while some Muslims believe in a way of peace, extremist followers of Islam take it to the next level, and it is a relatively new interpretation of the Qur'an since about 1930, calling for extreme rigidity, fundamentalism and purity and adherance to codes and simplistic living and jihads a plenty

not a lot, but enough not to slam it unjustly. It is unfair to judge the whole faith on the acts of one extreme sect. Do the Southern Baptists represent all the Christians? Do the Snake Handlers represent all the Born Again Christians in the Southern States? I think not. Does the Al Mahdi army represent all Muslims? Obviously not if the other Muslims are involved in a shooting war with them!

Not much. All media in the US is geared towards learning about Christianity. All we hear about Muslims is the affiliation with terrorism. I would like to know more and have it come from Muslims themselves, especially moderate Muslims, not Christians.

I've read extensively about islam since 9/11. I know so much about that filthy, foul, disgusting "religion" that it turns my stomach to know that such evil exists in this world.
