Very good question. Its all about showing how nice you are (Legitmately) a woman will know if you are being fake, and if you shine through she will take a liking towards you and respect you for who you are, and since word travels she may then tell her other friends what she thinks of you and in fact you get a whole load of other women giving you the same respect, and you end up with a fan club. But it only works if you are a true respectable person.
Women like traits such as: A witty man, sweet comments, great listner, not judgemental, being a gentleman
Women dont like: arsy, 2 faces, peer pressure, arrogance, non listeners, ignorance and sndiy comments!

Do not do everything a woman asks for and do not let a woman order you around. A woman looses respect for a man when he turns submissive, because she really wants a strong man that will stand up for her to anyone. Even if she pouts because you will not cave in to all her whims, she will respect you in the long run if you stand up to her and not let her run all over you.
