I am writing in desperation to seek professional healthcare advice. I have recently noticed an abnormal growth down the centre of my face. I am deeply concerned for my health – this “growth” is unlike anything I have ever seen before. For diagnostic purposes I will attempt to describe it: the growth starts to protrude in the gap between my eyes and extends about 2 inches in length, ending about half an inch from my upper lip. From a front perspective the abnormality is triangular shape and appears to “bell”. At the base of the growth, there are two “holes” around a quarter of an inch in diameter. These “holes”, as I would describe them sometimes excrete a frightening green-coloured fluid-like substance.
Please help me – this condition is taking over my life… everyday is filled with torment, suffering and anguish… I cannot bear to face the ridicule of my townspeople any longer… I fear greatly for the wellbeing of my family. Yours sincerely, Fanny (Fannice) MI, USA

Fanny, it really sounds something like a nose. Can you inhale air through the two "holes"? When it excretes stuff use a tissue! I really hope you get this under control....

Sounds like it is in your sinuses. Get some saline nasal stuff.
U can get it at Food Lion ..Saline your nose good..
Toothpaste on zits, growths will knock down the lump overnight.
White toothpaste the lump at night.
Wash face with DIal Antibacterial pump soap, wash with hot , then cold.
For swellin of the face, use ice or something cold in freezer for 20 minutes.
U can cure yourself if u are willing.
Think positive, this could be a tooth doing this, use sensitive
toothpaste.
And go and buy some Aloe Vera plant to put on this wound, slit the plant and put the juice on the wound , it will heal it fast.

heal quick,
Forget about the ridicule of town people, they are only human like u and probably have worser health troubles.
Lean on God, he will heal u quick.

Excuse me, honey, but why don't you visit a doctor since you are seeking professional health care advice? You don't expect doctors to roam the pages and give free advice on anyone who asks, do you?
As far as I can understand, this might be some kind of sinusitis which would be cured if a doctor subscribed antibiotics for you.
Since it is destroying your life and is a great concern for your family's health it's really strange to hear you not visiting a doctor....
What are you waiting for?

As a Doctor in the field of BS I have an understanding of what ailments are infecting you.
This nasoextrarius. This is a deadly disease that can overrun your life with dreadful consequences. However you may be lucky, tell me, have you noticed any strange happenings in your body that can be associated with this disease (such as a new sense). If this is the case then you are, infact, unlucky.
Please consult your nearest Suicide Both(tm) as soon as possible. It isn't worth going through the pain that I know accompanies your disease.

I know you are suffering right now, but we are working on a cure. So far all we can do is make one explode in a shower of spray if we tickle it, but in time, we will be able to eradicate this disfiguring condition. In the meantime, please just wear a brown paper bag over your head. Thank you.

hmmmmmmmmm.......... this is very strange i would be very worried if i was you. ummmmmm its ur nose u was born with why wuold u all of a sudden just now notice it? Are u blind or something? You are perfectly fine i assure u. If its big though u might consider cosmetic surgery.

I would say that if this growth has anything to do with smell you are in big big touble and should have it cut off.
