Say hello even go out of your way if she doesnt notice, smile (but not in a weird way) girls can tell. Ask how they are, what they have been up to and how their week has been, and when you are going away for the week or whatever just say, hope you have a nice, evening, afternoon, weekend, etc. They will say how sweet. Just give women the respect they deserve they will warm to you, and they will be equally as friendly back to you.
Just smile and be nice! Simple.

Be respectful and interesting. Women like guys who really know stuff. Not BS, but factual stuff that we can sink our teeth into. And seem friendly, not grumpy.

Show interest in what she's saying,look into her eyes when talking.Talk about something you both may be interested in.Then go from there.

if you like her complement her on her on the things you really like(hair, smartness,or anything) if you don't just talk with respect and kindness.
