It could be a boil. But usually you can feel these coming on for several days or weeks. Where exactly is this on your body?
Any large absess should be checked by your Dr. It may need to be drained and packed.

Sounds like a spider bite, put aloe vera plant on it and cover it up til plant juice heals it.

It could be many things! I suggest you see your doctor TODAY. Don't put it off because you don't want to wait all weekend. Don't mash it or try to pop it. A doctor can lance it if need be. Good luck!

You could also have whats called a boil...it's in the pimple family. If it doesn't clear up soon I would see a dermatologist.

could be a pack saddle and dont touch it it will sting you
