walking, yoga...
a lot of what you can do while pregnant depends on how fit you were before you got pregnant...for example, bicicling is good exercise for some women, but not for me, since i wasn't conditioned for that before pregnancy.
while walking, gently tense your abdominals, otherwise the weight of the baby and your uterus pushing outwards can cause some discomfort...this will also help maintain better muscle tone and make regaining your figure afterwards easier, and it will help with back pain by adding support to your belly.

also, a basic guideline...if you cannot carry on a normal conversation without running out of breath, you're exercising too hard...slow down

Walking is good for you. If you have been exercising regularly you should be able to continue but you shouldn't suddenly start an exercise regime now. You r body is not ready for pregnancy and new physical activity. So in that case swim or walk a bit but nothing too strenuous.

Walking is another great way to exercise while you are pregnant. Make sure that you bring water with you and listen to your body, take breaks when you need to.
You could try yoga as well, but I would talk to your doctor first before starting that one

you can actually do most types of exercises you like when your pregnant (within reasons, obviously u couldn't do stuff like gymnastics or karate if u know wot i mean) as long as you know when to stop and not force yourself to do too much, also need 2 let your trainer know your pregnant so they can give you the best support.
have fun :) and good luck with the new family member!

Aquanatal classes are great especially as you get bigger as the water supports your weight and takes the pressure off your joints.

try pilates or yoga. Make sure they are designed for pregnancy or if you can find a class in your area.
