Unless you are a minor, it is your decision. If you love her, and she loves you, and you are both happy...go for it. Your parents and family should support that decision, and you should encourage them to support that decision. If they can't support you on it now, hopefully it will come in time. You just have to decide, do you want to make yourself happy in life? Or do you want to spend your life making them happy?

You should give a lil more info. How old r u? Don't rush things on marrige at a young age. Most people who get married young end up in a divorce w/ alot of bitterness towards each other. Trust me I know. I got married at 17 yrs old. We were separted by the time I was 19 yrs old. I am now 21. And of course there is a child in the pic. The hole situation is a bad thing. When u say I do it's supposed to be forever. Look deep before you leap!!!! Make sure u know what ur getting urself into. And ur parents are only trying to protect you.... So dont' be harsh on them.

If you are over the age of consent, they can't stop you. However, marriage is a huge commitment and it will be even harder without family support. With that said, my family was against me getting married, and I still did it. Eventually they came around a little (after three years), but it was hard during those times. My dad wouldn't even come to my wedding. Only my sister and mom showed up and they acted poorly. You should really think hard about marriage, though, before you do it. I'm very happy in my marriage, but at the same time I think too many people rush in to marriage without understanding exactly what marriage truly is.

Depends why your parents don't want you to marry her. If its because you're too young or don't know each other well enough then they may have a point. On the other hand, if their dislike is irrational based on a personality clash or racial issues for example and you have been together for some time then maybe you should marry her.

Whose parents won't let you? Hers? Yours? If it's yours, then you're obviously too young to get married so forget about it. If it's HER parents, then still forget about it because they'd just treat you like crap forever anyway.

Unless your parents are taking care of you or they are rich and you are going to inherit some dollars better do as they say, if its her parents and she wants, let her make the decision, a girl is supposed to leave her family to be with her husband.

If you really love the girl,go the distance. What are their reasons.Maybe you should sit down and have a talk to them.Nothing to loose.Rather try than regret it for ever.Remember all you have to fear is fear itself.Hope you realise your dreams.
