sorry for the long post but here it goes... & please be nice!!
At a sporting event last week, before the match i noticed this really cute guy that my brother used to play sports with about 4 years ago. i hadn't seen him since at he had got really hot!! i noticed him and he noticed me too. i starred at him and caught him looking at me. why is this all that happens when i see guys - why does nothing ever come out of it? what can i do.

at the same thing, i same a friend of his looking at me and i have to admit he was "not too bad". why didn't anything happen there, when im sure he thought i was hot?
what info can you give?

I think you have to take charge and go for it yourself. If you see a hottie checking you out and the feeling is mutual well what would i do???? I would go in for the kill, walk right up to him and start a conversation if you feel his not interested all is not lost there are plenty more hot guys out there. If you dont have the girl courage to do that well thats ok too but it may take alot longer for you to get a response as alot of guys are really shy. but my best advise would be dont waste time wondering and you just go for it girl, youll be suprised!!!!!

Okay, staring at him until he noticed you is fine, but, did you smile at him? That would have been good. Maybe you could have waved to him after he looked at you.
Men are great, but they are not able to read your mind - if you are interested in him, smile and look as if you are glad to see him again. he is much more likley to walk over and speak to you if he thinks you will be happy to see him.
Think about a selection of topics of conversation for when he comes over to you - ask how he's been, how is hamily are doing, where he is working / going to school / hanging out.

Well next time dont just stare, smile, that shows that your interested and then he will get his curage if he is shy or scared, cause your smile would have shown him that at least she seems a bit interested and then he will come over and chat a bit, but dont be too easy and or too hard.

If nothing is happening, then make something happen. Go talk to them. If you do nothing, then that's what's going to happen. Don't wait on them to approach you or you might be waiting for a long time.

Maybe after the eye contact, you need to go talk to them to let them know you are interested and available. Men don't always like to approach for fear of being rejected. Unless you talk to them, you will never know.
