I used to think about this when I was younger. When I was 15 and had a 15 year old girlfriend, I couldn't imagine be attracted to a 30 year old. Now I'm 33 I fancy 30 year old women not 15 year old girls.
I suppose the answer therefore is yes, but I might still fancy 30 year olds when I'm 70.

You are assuming that everyone is heterosexual. Anyhow, people are attracted to healthy, good-looking individuals no matter how old they themselves get. Adolescents are often strikingly beautiful. But there is a psychological factor, because you inevitably start to think of much younger people as being foolish and uninteresting, and eventually all the "beauties" fall into that category, and you're left being interested in people closer to your own generation, even if it's not based on physical attraction.
