How do you open up the ROMS on a Super Nintendo Emulator?

When I open up the emulator I click on file then load game then some window shows up that looks like a browse window but I can't find my ROM in it. How do I fix this problem??? What I'm I supposed to click on to open up my ROM. Can you please help me?

you'll need to download the ROMS yourself and then put them in a convient place where you can get to quickly from the file browser.
