Daydreaming and visions are at the core of many beliefs...with some of the unbelievable stories that are told, it takes a great deal of imagination to absorb them and it may even take daydreaming to help understand them. We need dreams to create and interpret the supernatural.

For me, the act of daydreaming is an acceptance of my whole self. In other words, it's the part of me that needs time to just be. I do not look at it as a negative thing and I don't look at it as being lazy. My thought is this: What is this life, full of care, if we have no time to stand and stare? Daydreaming is almost meditative to me. To daydream is to let your spirit run free without the self-imposed (and sometimes outside-imposed) restrictions of life.

day dreaming along with dreaming ... holds a lot of insight i believe
so i try to take note of anything that comes to my mind
but with daydreaming i feel this is of more importance as it can be controlled
and like possitive visualisation i believe it can have an effect on my life
thoughts become action

rather than using the word " daydreaming " will answer by describing what " meditation " does for me. meditation allows me to free my mind to concentrate on whatever situation needs solved. many times the problem is solved but many times other wisdom and knowledge is obtained not related to any particular problem.

It's normal to human. It shows unstability of mind. It's a process when mind is not under control.

Chuck Norris does not hunt because the word hunting infers the
probability
of failure. Chuck Norris goes killing.
Chuck Norris counted to infinity - twice.
Chuck Norris sold his soul to the devil for his rugged good looks and
unparalleled martial arts ability. Shortly after the transaction was
finalized, Chuck roundhouse kicked the devil in the face and took his
soul
back. The devil, who appreciates irony, couldn't stay mad and admitted
he
should have seen it coming. They now play poker every second Wednesday
of
the month.
