Would you drink gasoline just because it exists? Yeast & the fermentation process are around for other purposes.
I think a better question would be: If Allah wanted peace & justice in the world, why did He create George Bush?

Im a muslim.... aside from jokes everybody is acquainted with alcohol abuse isn't stable. Allah created yeast so it could be used in other cooking aspects. He did NOT create the fermentation process..man did...

Well, Allah or God has also created a process of generation of Stool and urine after digestion. This process of excretion is very important for our life and you will fall ill if this does not work properly every day :). That does not mean that Stool and Urine becomes very important and should be eaten.
Allah has also created process of generation of very deadly poison. Will you go to drink them as you go to drink alcohol?
The Same Allah has also given you and all living entity the Intelligence to see what they should eat and what not. Discrimination between good and bad is the feature of that Intelligence. Why do you not use that ?

there are a whole bunch of other uses of yeast and that fermentation process, it doesn't mean that u go on to do only bad with basic ingredients. why don't u ask, if ALLAH (GOD) didn't want ppl to be arsonist, why did he create fire? think abt that. Peace to All.

I do not know if Allah did create yeast or discovered fermentation process. God does not interfere with what people do.You do what you like invent, ferment, drink, or not drink it is your free will to do what you feel is working for you.That free will is the gift of God not yeast.

Give people food, entertainment and they'll be happy. Give them control and there's chaos. Liquor is a means of control. It was produced to hold water for long trips (distiller)-but got people drunk in the process. Religion promises the one thing that can't be proven-an afterlife. From this people will ask questions-but if you ask to many your a threat-and what does alcohol do-supresses the brain. Supressing thought gives you power-and control-with power and control you can manipulate. Sorry if this may be offensive but I don't beleive in God, Allah and so forth so this may be biast, but liquor IS a form of control.

God (ALLAH) created everything for reasons - perhaps a test for us. However, Yeast is beneficial in many ways - Including bakery. Did you ask why Bread use Yeast? Ha ha ha.

allah is not God. God is: Yahweh, Iam, the Almighty, the Creator. The Father of Jesus Christ, God in the flesh, sent to this earth to die on the cross for the sins of humanity. HE is the one that created yeast and the fermenting process.
