I have a class with a girl who I thought was cute and knew that she was flirting with me, however the other night she comes up to me at the bar (she was drunk) and says she is disappointed another guy from our class didn't show up because she has a crush on him. I was about to ask her out, now I'm not sure what to do.

Then you go ahead to show your way to let her pay attention on you, and try to make some nice conversation to her to make a good start. If she's not feeling well from you, I think you know what's the next plan! Stay cool and good luck! Everything just need to attempting, but you will never know what happen then.

Love is the answer to everything. All you ever need is love,
communication and understanding. That's what I figured out so
far. If you are down, you need to get up and start doing something with
your life. Don't need to be shy, be straight forward and allways say what
you want and expect from the others.

Could be she is hinting that she is available and wanted to see your reaction. Go ask her out. Nothing ventured, nothing gained.
