Do you know how to get rid of your computer? Just throw it out. You will, at the same time, get rid of these viruses(MS Windows and Internet Explorer) too.

Neither of those is a viruses. Go to add and remove programs and get rid of them there. Then go out and get XP and Norton ani Virus.
