Hiding your car is a class C or B felony depending on what the value of the unit is. "Withholding property from its rightful owner" I have seen people get 18 months in the state I live in for that.

Not a good idea, but here is a better one for you.

Capital One happens to be one of my bigger accounts. Call the rep, if you are not getting along with him, and it sounds like you are not, get a supervisor on the phone. Explain to the supervisor that you are having a minor financial issue at the moment, but you fully expect it have it rectified within a week or so, this will buy you a few days to come up with the past due money. Ask the rep. To put your account on hold and make a payment agreement with them. Capitol One WILL do this, I have over 50 Capitol One accounts on hold right now.

DO NOT AVOID them. Call them every other day and let them know what is going on. Let them know what the situation is. Do not get short with them, do not make threats to hide the unit.

Make arrangements with them and keep them, and if you can not keep them, call them and tell them. I have 200.00 I can send you today, I know I was supposed to pay 500.00 but I have 200.00 I will send the rest on (insert date here), please keep my account on hold I am trying my best.

They will do this for you if you have not done or said anything to piss them of in the past.

They would rather have the cash than the keys.

No... Once a reposession is issued, they can still take the car even if you catch everything up. Simply because you defaulted on the loan in the first place. If you hide the car, it will only delay them getting it and you could be charged with theft or obstruction.
Just let them have the car and then call them. Usually if you are able to catch the payments up you can get the car back. You will just have to pay the repo fees first.

Good Luck!

First off you must be three months late now? Do you even have a chance making up late fees and payments? Credit has already been hurt but if you pay up there will only be a late pay. Hide the car you must still want it? You are stealing if your not paying and you do not hold title to the car. What a mess take time do some banking surrender your paychecks and get back on timely pay plan.

I would let them have the car you could get in more trouble if you hide it which will cost you more money you already dont have, make a payment as soon as possible, call capitol one tell them youve made a payment and you need more time to catch up. Let them know that if they take your car its gonna be harder for you to get to and from work which is just gonna make the problem worse, whatever you do just dont get charged with grand theft auto, this aint san adreas they dont play games with matters like this and dont confront the repo man about it, hes just doing his job and they are often armed with guns in case of rabid people that dont want to peacefully give up their car

They will eventually find the car. Not to mention if you hide the car you could open yourself up to some legal action.

I agree, it really isn't any longer undesirable, in spite of the indisputable fact that it would not flow all perfect. it really is totally uneven. You hop from description of the woodland to his ideas about his pal and again again. like this right here: trekking up vast boulders and searching the gazebos i ultimately were given lost, circling the large woodland. somewhat, I wasn’t lost, i changed into only perplexed. the position ought to she are transforming into in twenty seconds? no longer far—I changed into hoping. The sunlight changed into blocked through the trees, making me sense only the mild breeze blowing through my hair. It cleared my ideas. you turn from him questioning about his pal to how the trees blocked the sunlight. you want a lead-in perfect there. start up a clean paragraph at the initiating, then do something like, "I shifted my concentration to the line of trees on the horizon, searching for the sunlight." follow the position he seems to boot. and perfect right here: i tried to map out the position i changed into. -- instruct precisely what he's searching at. something like, "I grew to change into my gaze to the invisible path on the woodland floor." you want extra of that type of element to shop it fluent. you want to grant small causes for why he's doing element, so it would not seem so jumpy. there's a technical note for this it somewhat is eluding me at present. I call them "tie ins". It leads from one element to a unique fluently. 20 seconds is unquestionably too literal. changed into he gazing his watch? If no longer, use "some seconds" or perhaps count number heartbeats or breaths or something somewhat extra organic. wish this enables.
