I'm at weight watchers, and it sounds like you've been doing pretty much the same as me. I would say probably about 2 1/2 lbs. If you need to lose alot of weight then its probably going to be a bit more. Keep up the good work!!!!!! Let us know how you get on.

it depends on a few factor, have you been training in the gym before? have you tried other diet than this ? were you a active person or a sedentery ?
but judging from your workout and your nutritions, you could easly lose 4 - 6lbs ( i am not stating that this is fats or water) as this all depends on your measurement that your trainer has given you. if you did do a girth and body fat measurement, you would see the result very soon.
oh all those factors that i mention also needs to consider your sleeping time as well as your resting period. Keep in constant check with your HRM

It depends on how many calories you consumed and how many you burned with your workout. Your age and current weight could also affect how much weight you could have lost. If you're obese then you probably lost more than a couple of pounds, but if you are just overweight you could be looking at 1-2 pounds.

If its your first week, even though you had a little bit than you should have, I still think its possible you could have lost 3-5lbs.
(I always lose 5lbs in my first week)
