Go see a pulmonary doctor. Alot of that has to do with OSA which is obstructive sleep apnea. You will frequently have headaches, ache all over, always tired, and not really sleeping well. OSA means that you have hypopneas or apneas while you sleep at night, hypopneas are a partial blockage of your airway and apneas means you stop breathing while you sleep (some ppl up to 100 times an hour). If this is the case then you are arousing yourself while your asleep and keeping yourself in a low stage of sleep all night instead falling into that stage 3, stage 4, or REM (dream sleep). Those 3 stages are when the body shuts down and rests, if you have hypopneas or apneas you are most likely prolly staying in stage 1 or 2 sleep which your body isnt fully shut off and doesnt get the rest it needs. The dreams can be many things...if you remember them go to www.dreammoods.com and look up some of the meanings of your dreams. Some of it is crazy and stupid but some of it will make sense. Hope I helped!

Diet could be a factor, too much processed junk food can cause these problems as well!

EDIT: It's good to see you're trying to improve your diet, you have to be so careful nowadays because it is just so hard to tell what additives etc are in the stuff you buy. The sleep technicians answer sounds really good. Hope you can sort this out soon. Best of wishes

sorry lol, your stressed out, whether everything in your life is great, it sounds a bit wierd, normally when you are stressed out, you are having problems, it also could be that your immune system is low, you should go and see the doctor and get a blood test done, and tell him, it also could be thyroid glands playing up to, best advice i can give is go and see the doctor, and drink plenty of water, good luck
