Checking for std's is smart but I think your approach should be something like: "I would like for us BOTH to be checked for std's just to be safe" instead of only insisting SHE be tested. Responsibility is with both partners. Even though you may think/are sure you are healthy and tell her this how is she to know you are being truthful - especially as you are just starting an intimate relationship? How would you feel if she refused to be tested and told you she was ok; would you accept it? Works both ways!

You better think twice about that approach. You are judging her on you own assumption that "she has had sex many times cause she is hot". I am not saying getting tested is wrong. But if you tell her that is your reason wanting her to get tested, I don't think you will need to worry about stds cause you ain't getting any;

Why are men so clueless? If a man I was dating wanted to have just to have sex with me, then he would have to marry me. Aren't the days of casual sex over? She should be offended if you want her checked out just because you want to have sex with her. Have you been checked out? Maybe she's thinking the same thing about you! So say the two of you don't last, and you've given yourself to her and vise versa, she been tested, and what next, off to the races at the clinic?

I would wait until you have a close relationship, and then tell her how many times you have been checked for std, and then ask her when the last time she was checked. Then offer to go together to get checked.

I dont think she would react poorly, if you guys have a relationship. If its just a hook up, then she's probably going to say no, cuz its not worth the time/money. But if you explain to her that you just want to be safe, and that you don't think she's "dirty" or anything, but that its just a precaution for both of you. Then make sure that you go and get tested also.

i see how you want to be careful. but your wrong to presume she has had a lot of partners because she is hot. thats stereotyping a person!
i think nowadays it is necessary to take every precaution out there. if she is willing to do this, then you have to be willing too.
one question tho........what makes you think she is even interested in you let alone want to sleep with you?
