Seafood Chowder - homemade with my favourites - smoked haddock, prawns, mussels and squid. I love all seafood really.
John Dory is a really nice fish that I've recently discovered. Mackerel is lovely done on the BBQ. I love seafoood paella when I'm in Spain made with lots of differnt shellfish and squid. I love crabclaws but unfortunately they dont like me !

SUSHI. Anything and everything. Otherwise seafood jabalani, (like a fish stew). Amazing. Sushi is very popular here in Cape Town, and as we live by the sea, our seafood restaurants I would say are "the best". Even a packet of fish and chips.

Blue crab clawmeat. Shrimp is the least appetizing seafood in my opinion- it is cheap and has an overly tangy flavor. I'm not saying it's bad, though. It is still better than many foods.

No hesitation - crab. I make a heavenly crab thermidor. To die for! I could live quite happily on just seafood and no meat. Another favourite is skate.

Mmmm.... if I was back home again it would have to be Mossel Bay sole with lemon butter - really well grilled so it just comes away from the bone with a slide of your fork! (god I'm hungry now).
Also, fish sticks (crab sticks) from Tesco are really nice with some sweet chilli dipping sauce!
