Not sure I agree with your psychology but I do become very annoyed with people who do this and I will make them pick it up. If they refuse, I pick it up and they eat it.

It really, really annoys me so much, we live about a mile from a very posh preparatory school and you should see the little darlings that rush out of that place to meet mommy for their sweeties just so they can drop their litter all over the road, I actually stopped the car a few weeks ago and asked one of the mommy's why she allowed her darlings to behave with such disregard, I was looked at like I was something filthy under their noses and told that if I can find a bin then may they suggest I pick the rubbish up and put it in so I suggested they do that themselves or put it in their Louis Veeton handbags and take it home with them instead, is it any wonder the kids of today have no concept of what a bin looks like let alone know how to use one with those attitudes, these are the kids that will grow up to be MP's who tell us how to deposit our rubbish and beg us to recycle, disgraceful.

I think it's everybodys public duty to make 'litter louts' accountable for the negligent behaviour. If I see someone purposely dropping litter, I wouldn't hesitate to say something, regardless of how big they are, or how many of them. I think that's the crux of the problem. Fear! people of scared of confrontation, and rightly so. The law's an "a*se", gangs of youths have become almost untouchable, there anti-social behaviour reaches far beyond litter dropping.
It's not just youths who are guilty of littering. My local park looked more like a landfill site after a typical summers Sunday afternoon. Family's, large groups of people picnicking, leave there plastic packaging, cans, even broken glass. Don't these people have any recourse for their vile actions? It infuriates me to think these mindless individuals can selfishly go around abusing the environment in such a way.
I would love to see the introduction of 'Litter Police' who can enforce on the spot fines for offenders. Furthermore, I wish the Government weren't so obsessed in trying to screw as much money out of motorists (parking fines, speed cameras) and target the real criminals who are hell bent on making decent law-abiding peoples lives a misery.
If it was down to me, I'd have on-the-spot executions for these environmental terrorist!....I rest my case.

confident! I used to artwork for a great condominium complicated. while i might see trash, i might %. it up! After some unfavorable fires, a senior supervisor from our company workplace got here by utilising and complained bearing directly to the cigarette butts littering the area up. all of the staff have been positioned to the activity as we talk of cleansing the mess. 8 people went around each construction, putting in 3 hours to end...here day I walked the valuables to "examine-up" on areas of difficulty. you need to not think of what share butts I observed! those people of course did not observe that the previous mess have been cleared!

I think you may be right but they are going to be a very lazy person so best avoided then (if they are lazy then they will have problems in the sex department). I would love to have magical powers and transform them into hedgehogs and mice and birds and whatnot who suffer and die because of litter louts

It annoys me! I call them careless, thoughtless, selfish, ignorant and more (To myself) Then .. Usually pick up what they dropped and put it in the bin. I did challenge someone day only to get such verbal diarrhoea from her! Never mind threats etc. I decided not to do that again

it winds me up and and I have told people that they have dropped it and to put it in the bin, however society is breaking down and you risk getting attacked for pointing stuff like this out. we need to re form the way peole act and start punishing every crime from litter to murder with severe penalties and enforce the law.

Haha, yeah it makes me cross but then you can never say anything because those sort of people would probably be the type to swing at you rather then apologise and pick up their rubbish!
