First, he would have to be impeached and removed from office. I, and approximately 80% of the entire planet, really wish that would happen. But after passing the Military Tribunal law, (that allows indefinate domestic detentions against patriotic americans too, the suspension of habeus corpus, and allows Bush to define terror as he wishes, and allows him to define what is and is not torture, inluding allowing buggery, rape, waterboarding, hanging, etc.), the majority of the senate and congress need to be impeached for breaching their oath of office too.

JEEzus, there are so many flakes and informationally-challenged people on this site! My answer is Yes, invading a country, killing thousands of innocent people WITHOUT provocation, willfully deceiving the American public, manufacturing (via intimidation et. al.) false-evidence to advance your own illegal immoral agenda, IS a crime against humanity, at least if common sense gets to play any part in the definition! All these non-thinking bushistas would ABSOLUTELY POSITIVELY have a different point of view if anyone did to the US what bush is doing to Iraq. They are naught but hypocrites, incapable of being objective. ***Note, I am not saying every Republican has this malady, only the ones who still BLINDLY support a corrupt lying immoral congress and president.

All things are possible. You could prosecute Bush but I really doubt there would be a conviction. The reason is the true definition of a war crime isn't anything Bush has done.
*LOL* You are about as rational as those people who want an apology from the Pope.

It would be fairly easy, but totally futile. The strongest country in the world will never allow one of their leaders to be found guilty on such a charge. (The loss of face will be the least of the problems. Claims for damages would cripple such a country).

What good will it do to anyone? Desire to revenge and hate is causing you harm not to G.B. He is in front taking flak, there are other powerful lobbies that push the buttons. Have some quite time and send him love, it will do more then you think for all humanity.

No, it would not be possible. Bush and other presidents are elected ONLY by THIS secret and evil group!...

The Bible has the only solution. Repent, fast, and pray for the country so that God will hear from Heaven and HEAL OUR LAND!...

No. From what I've seen, some people are more concerned with the supposed criminals rights than they are with the victims. What I don't get now is why some people just change who they are rooting for. I mean, for those who consider him a criminal, you would think they would want to protect him.

Actually no - because as a head of state/government he is immune to such charges. However, that is all hypothetical because he hasn't actually committed any crimes against humanity.
