I tried copying it from the temp file, but I either did something wrong or that just doesn't work, as it needed it be connected to the internet in order to play.

Is there anything I can do?

I don't think you can. I think a .ram file is a link to something that runs on the internet - you can't download what it links to.

A .ram file is a Real Player video/audio media file. If you right click on the file, then click on 'save target as', you may be able to download it to your PC, and then play it in Real Player. However, if it is set for streaming only, then you can only play it in Real Player streamed from the originating website.
