You could try adding a shortcut to your dial up connection into the startup folder of your start menu. I think there's a tick box in the dial up settings for dial up automatically then rather than having to enter your password etc. Do both of those and it might work.

.national-comcast

Broadband National has some of the best deals on high speed Internet. Right now they are offering Comcast for only $19.99 a month for the first 6 months. At the time of this review the offer also includes: 100.00 Cash Back* FREE Cable Modem* FREE Wireless Router* I've known people who have signed up for Comcast Internet through Broadband National, customer service is great. Unlike other companies I have dealt with if you have a problem with your service Comcast will send someone out to fix it.

Unlimited high-speed internet access with always-on connections nationwide
Strong Protection with Blocker Tools & Parental Controls

Free Online Email Support

My advice would be switch to broadband its roughly the same price as dial up now sometimes cheaper depending on the package and you don't spend half your life waiting for a page to load plus it connects automatically.

I don't think so but you could try putting it in your Scheduled Tasks at the Control Panel. I'm not sure if that would work, though.
