He may not be my favorite but Joe Pesci is definately up there. He was almost intimidating in Casino, then to turn around and see him as the worm Leo Getz in Lethal Weapon 3 and 4 trully showed his range. Types like him never get typecast.

Tom Hanks, whatever part he plays there is no trace of any previous role, everyone is fresh. Unlike Michael Caine and a good many others who seem to think that shouting is some form of voice projection.

Leonardo Dicpario-Because hes hot!! Honestly though its not just that, I also think that he is a very talented actor and he is really good at portraying different characters.
I know we are meant to only choose 1 but I've got 2!
I think Nicole Kidman is a really amazing actor because she seems to able to play totally different kinds or characters from intraverted characters to more extraverted ones. For example her role in The Hours is totally different to her role in Moulin Rouge......there thats my essay completed!

Hmm.. I like serious actors that take their role as if they were really tht person! otherwise I dont think I could watch any movie if that actor/actress wasn't ne convincing in it at all.. it just turns off the whole mood of the movie.. imo
Anyway, in one person, one sentence:
Don Cheadle
Reason: Hotel Rwanda ... he was so good n focused in it.

Samuel. L. Jackson because he is a brilliant actor and is often overlooked. He should have at least two Oscars now for A Time to Kill and Pulp Fiction.
