Master Splinter without a doubt!
I mean, come on, Seagal's just an actor!
And Splinter, well, he `is' a rat. You just know, if he has to, he'll fight dirty.
And he's raising four teen age turtles. You've seen the prices of pizzas lately? He needs the money he'd win in a cage match.
Plus he has that stick so he's armed.
And ever been smacked with a rat's tail? That thing can hurt! And rat's have claws too!
Hey! Rabies! Bet Splinter never got himself a rabies shot! That furry dude can go wacko at any minute!
And if you're talking about the cartoon version, how the bloody daylights do you expect Seagal to hurt Splinter? I mean, they're dropping anvils on cartons' heads all the time, and, for the exception of a couple annoying birdies, seem no worse for ware!
Hey, and Splinter beat Shredder, paws down. No way Seagal could of taken Shredder... 'cept Mabye in a balloon toss.
Anyway, those are pretty solid arguments.
