Do some breathing exercise like prayanama.
Drink lukewarm water empty stomach.
Don't overeat
Exercise regularly
While eating ensure you are getting enough calories.
Don't eat oily and junk food.

Stop eating like there's no tomorrow. Total oil/ghee avoidance for a month will do the trick. Eat normally, otherwise.
