Ive never heard of a case of female rape where the "victim" has even impregnated his attacker, much less been made to pay child support.
Female rape is no more legal than typical rape anywhere in this country. What are you talking about? What legal cases have you based this question/statement on?
If a guy gets a woman pregnant, its his place to take care of his child, whether its by living with the woman or by taking the child himself or by paying child support. Im guessing you got drunk, slept with a woman, got her pregnant, and now youre mad cuz you have to pay child support. TOO BAD.

Well it would help if the male vicoms charged there abusers more....
most are to ashamed to do anything about it... .becose it's makes them look so 'unmanly' to get beat up by a girl ... *rolls eyes*
if it was made more evedent of all the women that do rape men... the ones that do come forward would have an easier time in the cortrooms

Female rape is already illegal. If you're talking about being a man who is sleeping with several women who get pregnant, then they better pay that child support.

rape in any form should be vigerisly prosicuted. The more harsh the crime,, the more harsh the penalty. So they go to prison for 20-30 yrs, to have society fend for them, better benifits/rights than us. They don't have to spend yrs in therapy/silence/denial as a victem does. A crime that leaves you so scarred, not even God can soothe/ take away the pain.
