proposal marriage is best. But one thing is that u must give time to finalize it,that will give u better understanding. I think in this type of marriage u care alot eachother because u propose someone when u find similarity in the partner,where as in love marriage it may be just a physical attraction. Today u r in love with someone tomarrow u may get bore & try for someone else.

First of all define marriage!
Today's definition is of convenience a skewed form of "synergy" called by a few "experts" as "nuptinal partnership"
I will deal with the actual esoteric meaning of marriage of hearts and minds. A beginning of a lifelong relationship.
Love and marriage are two sides of the same coin. In fact they are extensions of each other. One of the more esoteric definitions of love is "marriage of hearts". Marriage in the social sense is a term used to announce the communion of two beings "in society".
Coming to arranged or love marriages, both have their advantages and disadvantages.
In the olden days, there used to be sufficient time for the bride and groom to get familiar with each other in the correct sense of the term and then the families would go in for the marriage. All this after astrological and various other considerations. The advantage is a stable foundation on multiple fronts. Social, financial, temperamental and more specific ones uinque to the situation. A union of minds and hearts.
Love marriages on the other hand were rare and if found were converted into Arranged marriges. It is only after all the requisite formalities were fulfilled that "love" was socially accepted as "marriage". This is a union of hearts first and minds next.
Today's world with all its avocations and distractions has given a totally new meaning to the word love.
To the person asking the question...i would say first identify if the feeling is LOVE or LUST. I dont have to go into the parameters of either of them. I presume people perceptive enough to find out the difference between attarction to eye candy and a true butterfly in the bosom feeling.
If it is the latter...marriage is not an option...the feeling is purely physical gratification and not emotional or longterm. Yes infatuation is also a form of lust.
The former - love is more favourable and is long term.
Long term relationships involve both minds and hearts. you decide which comes first.
