toilet waters r mixed wit water. n the smell doesn stay for a long time. but parfumes are more concentrated n they stay longer so thats y they cost more.

That's easy, toilet water stinks while perfume smells good. :)

Toilet water is a perfumed mixture of water and alcohol somewhat like cologne. So it is usually lighter.

Actually some of the cheaper perfumes smell like toilet water.
Some are pretty rank.

We can mix perfume to toilet water to make it good
but we cant add toilet water to perfume
to have a better use!!!!

perfume is a mixture nice scents whereas toilet water is made up of all salts&biochemical wastes of our body.OK?
