You have three options. First, you can sand down the soles of shoes with a very fine sandpaper. Second, there are rubber grips for shoes, you can find these at any shoe store. Three...go outside wearing your shoes, and rub your shoes agaist the conrete.

Any of your drug stores or stores like Target, Walmart, or Kmart, all should have things that will stick to the bottom of the soles, they are thin but they work wonders!
And you can usually pick up a good pair for under $5

there are a couple of things you can do. in ballroom dancing they use wire brushes to scuff up the bottom of the shoes which gives a bit more grip. you could go to the shoeman who could glue on some grip or you could glue some sand on the bottom with strong glue/black paint (although that would prob look a bit messy) good luck.

buy stick on grips for the fronts of the shoes, or take a knife to the sole and make your own grips.
