You press f8 as your computer is booting up - you'll then see a screen with several options. You should select the Safe Mode option and hit enter...
You'll soon see your windows screen in safe mode - so the resolution will be reduced.

1. Restart ur PC.
2. Press F8 While is going to Boot
3. Then select Safe Mode with Networking

1. Reboot/boot your PC
2. Press F8 key while it boots.
3. You'll get some options where you can select Safe Mode. There is a number corresponding to the Safe Mode press that number you'll be get into Safe Mode

Just restart your computer when it restarted press F8 key continuously and then press ENTER key on Safe Mode with Networking
