You are in a relationship for 8 years, it's was sweet in the start, ongoing you were intimate with each other, time past, the relationship went dimmed and there's no more feelings. Your partner says 'We shouldn't have done it (the intimacy)'. & the whole relationship ends. What's your view?

We ended in a peaceful manner, it flips me when the statement was made. It feels like the 8 years was nothing at all.

yuppp... it happened always... i too had a few relationship that was nice and sweet in the past... in the end, all was gone like the wind... I understand your feeling too... well... sometimes things are destined and fate... just have to carry on with your life...

You can't force someone to have feelings for you... It's sad, but that's the way it is! Plenty of other fish in the sea!
