Goto Safemode restore the deleted file or use the startup disk and reinstall the OS no need to format

you may have corrupted your boot section portion of your hard drive. a reformat will fix it. seriously its not worth the hassle of trying to fix it. just reformat it and save yourself a lot of anguish and pain. if it still keeps messing about your hard drive is dead. some only have a life span of a few years. if you have a spare swap it over. don't buy second hand or reconditioned. buy a new one, only if thats the case in the end

You are in trouble mate. Sounds like you need to format your hard drive and start all over again. Hope you have been becking up your data.

i also felt same problem.(i.e) the connecting wires(ports) are loose inside cpu(open cpu make all wires tight fit)
install ur cd(supplied when u buy a pc) then restart........
or

system recovery is only solution.
system disk means os cd,motherboard cd etc.....
