i plan on buying a new cage for my 2 rats, can you sugest some great cages, a website that sells them and how much it costs in USD?

Cages made for syrian hamsters (not dwarves, too small) would work well for a few rats, just make sure you get a large cage for room to roam.
A 20 gallon aquarium would work well, and you can buy a "cage top" that goes on top of the aquarium to double the size. The cage top ru ns about $35-45, and the tank is about $25.
You can do PVC piping for tubes, and to create levels within the aquarium, too. Rats like to have lots and lots of nooks and crannies to dig through. Cardboard boxes like cereal boxes work good, too.
For costs, look at websites such as petco.com, petsmart.com, etc.
