my mates computer was doin that. after he'd punched it. when the stereotyped "computer nerd mate" (me lol) had a look it turned out to be a jammed up power button.

try takin the front cover off. some pull off the front some aren't so easy.

if it's dead and doesn't work, how on earth did you manage to come on here and ask us? (or is that a really stupid question?????) anway: pull out the plug then put it back in, it usually helps on my computer! if that doesn't help, get someone who knows a lot about comeputers to look at it!
