First, place it in a bathtub of warm soapy water. Let soak for 30 minutes to remove the grime and dust. Then prepare a dry Martini - shaken, not stirred. Consume the beverage. Remove the computer and pat it down with a large fuzzy towel. Hang it over the commode to dry. Viola!

Use Windex, it is great for both the white plastic and also the monitor screen. Be careful around the electrical bits.

well, the obvious answer to the that is to buy the solution sold in apple center (it comes with the cloth and everything)...but that's quite expensive...if your only concern is the keyboard and trackpad area, you can just use the eraser used by architects (the grey one that looks like clay)...this is way cheaper..and it's sold in most bookstores (or wherever office and school supplies are sold)..
