Yes, I know of one person. He is fine. His doctor says he is fine. If it is bothering you see a doctor.

Putting the problem in a nut shell (Please excuse the pun!) Three testicles is not a problem. If you have been assured by a certified medical doctor that it is a third testicle and not a tumour or a fibrous piece of benign tissue then you have no problem. Just be sure to check yourself on a regular basis for any suspicious lumps or lesion's that will not heal properly. Dont worry.

Highly unusual, but I have seen it. My friend had NO problems, save the fact that some of his partners found him weird. (The 3rd one was substantially smaller). Go and see the doctor for your own piece of mind, but I believe that 3 testicles is no more dangerous than someone with 11 toes etc.

I have never personally herd of it: See a Dr.absolutely: You (or who ever has 3 testicals) just might be carrying around a conjoined twin, that did not fully develop.

Only if they grow another one every day!
(Seriously though, go see a doctor, at least for peace of mind)
